MARCO will supply a W-0332 brailing winch to Grupo Natoli, Panama´s and Venezuela´s main tuna vessel owner. The brailing winch will incorporate a stainless-steel warping end to increase equipment lifetime.
W-0332 brailing winch´s is widely acknowledged by the tuna industry as robust and reliable even on the toughest environments and the perfect match to strength brailing operation effectiveness. The equipment is part of MARCO´s broad range of auxiliary winches for fishing vessels, which many of them have become industry standards and are suitable for multiple purposes such as boom vanging, brailing, cargo lifting…
The auxiliary winch will be installed on Taurus I tuna vessel, which was built in 1982 at the Campbell shipyard in United States. The vessel is a 78 meters long tune vessel with a 13 meters beam and a fish hold volume bigger than 1600 m2.
