The annual meeting of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (CIAT) took place in Bilbao from July 15 to 26. CIAT is the international commission responsible for the conservation and management of tuna and other marine species in the eastern Pacific Ocean.

As part of the different activities that took place during the congress, Marco decided to organize a brief luncheon on July 23rd at its headquarters in Munguia to welcome tuna industry´s owners and representatives who were participating at the CIAT congress.

During the event, our customers enjoyed basque food tasting luncheon and were able to discover our facilities, as well as our latest market innovations, such as new Main Boom Marco Winch KBT 1945, which will reinforce operators safety by including a disc brake system.
