As the leader of the tuna sector, Marco supported the new edition of Americas Tuna Conference, which took place on February 6 and 7 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Panamá, located in Panamá City.

The conference brought together American tuna industry. Marco Division Manager went to the event and was able to strengthen relationships with some important vessel owners.

This year, the theme of the Americas Tuna Conference was “The Global Tuna Re-Shuffle: Our Industry at a Crossroads” and it deled with emerging and current concerns for tuna and the tuna industry worldwide. Together with the Conference Kit, was distributed the calendar of ships that Marco makes each year. This calendar is very recognized in the sector and has a great acceptance.

Marco designs, manufactures and sells fishing equipment, deck equipment and hydraulic systems for purse seiners. Marco currently serves over 70 per cent of the world´s tuna vessels and is a worldwide benchmark for technology.
